Please ensure you have read and understood the information below before placing your order.
I want you to love your jewellery and enjoy wearing it for years to come. All of my jewellery is made from either 925 sterling silver or 9ct gold, although my pieces are made to be worn and enjoyed, they do need a little care.
Terms & Conditions and Jewellery Care
Jewellery Care
I recommend removing your jewellery before showering, bathing, swimming, exercising and sleeping.
Please also avoid getting your jewellery directly onto:
Perfume and aftershave
Moisturisers, creams and oils
Hairspray and hair products
Sun cream
Cleaning products
Chlorine and other chemicals
Regular exposure to these things can cause jewellery to tarnish, discolour or change over time.
Sterling Silver
All of my silver jewellery is 925 sterling silver.
Sterling Silver is made from 92.5% pure silver, with the remaining 7.5% made up of other metals, usually copper. This makes the silver stronger and more suitable for everyday jewellery.
Silver naturally tarnishes over time - this is completely normal and does not mean that your jewellery is damaged or faulty.
Tarnishing can happen more quickly when silver comes into contact with moisture, sweat, perfume, creams, chemicals and the air. Your own skin chemistry can also make a difference. Everyone’s skin is different. The natural acidity/pH of your skin, perspiration and the products you use can all affect how your jewellery reacts. You may find that your silver jewellery stays bright for a long time. while someone else’s tarnishes much more quickly. This is completely individual and does not mean there is anything wrong with the jewellery. If your silver does tarnish, it can usually be gently polished back to its original shine using a suitable silver polishing cloth.
9ct Gold
9ct Gold is an alloy, meaning it contains pure gold mixed with other metals. This makes it a durable and more affordable option for everyday jewellery. Although gold itself does not tarnish in the same way as silver, the other metals within 9cct gold can react with moisture, sweat, chemicals and individual skin chemistry.
As with silver, everyone’s skin is different. The way your jewellery looks and reacts when worn can vary from person to person.
Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions before placing your order.

Product Information
I am continually updating my product information, descriptions and photographs to make sure everything on my website is as accurate as possible. Because each piece contains individual elements, no two will ever be the same. There may be slight variations in colour, shape or finish from the photographs shown on the website. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique and should be expected when purchasing handmade jewellery. Colours can also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Wear & Tear, Tarnishing & Skin Reactions
Jewellery is made to be worn and enjoyed, but it will naturally show signs of wear and tear over time. This can include small scratches, marks, changes in colour, tarnishing or other signs of everyday wear.
Tarnishing is a natural reaction and is not considered a fault. Sterling Silver can tarnish through exposure to air, moisture, sweat, perfume, creams and other products. How quickly this happens will also depend on your individual skin chemistry. Everyone’s skin is different, some people may experience a reaction, irritation or discolouration when wearing jewellery. This can be due to an individuals skin chemistry, sensitivity or allergy to one of the metals within the jewellery.
I cannot be held responsible for damage or changes caused by incorrect care, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to water, chemicals, perfume, creams or other products, or normal wear and tear.
All orders are made specifically for you
Please choose carefully before placing your order. Each piece is made specifically for your order, the materials used to create your jewellery are ordered individually for each piece. Because of this, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, returned or exchanged. This includes changes to sizing. Please make sure you have carefully checked the size or length and all other details of your chosen piece before completing your order. If you are unsure about sizing or anything else before ordering, please contact me first and I will be happy to help.
For everyday care, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry jewellery cloth after wearing. Please avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cloths or household cleaning products.
When you’re not wearing your jewellery, keep it somewhere clean and dry.
I recommend:
Storing pieces separately where possible to avoid scratches.
Keeping chains fastened to prevent tangling.
Storing your jewellery in a jewellery box or pouch (both are provided when you receive your finished pieces).
Keeping jewellery away from damp or humid areas such as bathrooms.
Taking a little extra care when storing your jewellery will help to keep it looking its best.
