The Process

How does it all work?

Each piece of jewellery begins with a carefully chosen blank from two trusted UK jewellers I work closely with. I select every piece for its quality, durability, and suitability for memorial and keepsake jewellery, so your finished piece has a strong and beautiful foundation.

To make the process feel as personal and reassuring as possible, I like to arrange a time to meet in person to collect the special elements for your piece. For many people, this feels like a gentler and more comforting way to hand them over, with the reassurance that they are being placed directly into safe and caring hands. From that moment on, everything you entrust to me is handled with great care, respect, and sensitivity.

Once the blank arrives with me, I begin creating your piece by hand. Using resin and the meaningful inclusions you provide — such as ashes, hair, fur, breast milk, or other personal elements — I carefully craft each item with patience and attention to detail. No two pieces are ever the same, and each one is made slowly and thoughtfully to create something lasting, personal, and deeply meaningful.

Because every item is handmade and needs time to cure properly, the usual turnaround time is around 3–4 weeks from the point of order. When your piece is complete, I’ll be in touch to send photographs of the finished jewellery before arranging collection.

The attention to detail she gives is absolutely remarkable, and the love she pours into her work truly shows. The finished pieces are not only beautiful, but deeply meaningful and something we will treasure forever. They are quite simply second to none.
